These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed with Mad For It Merch. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Products

We supply branded workwear, personalised clothing and promotional products. Product colours, sizes and specifications may vary slightly from images or descriptions shown online.

Some products are made to order and may be customised to meet your specific requirements.

2. Orders & Artwork Approval

Orders are confirmed once the required product details, quantities, sizes, artwork and payment arrangements have been agreed.

Where an artwork proof is provided, production will only begin once the customer has approved the design.

The customer is responsible for checking all artwork, spelling, logos, colours, sizes and other details before approval.

Once artwork has been approved and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices will be confirmed at the time of quotation or order.

Prices may vary depending on the product, quantity, branding method, artwork and any additional requirements.

Payment must be made in accordance with the payment terms agreed at the time of order.

We reserve the right to delay production until payment or any agreed deposit has been received.

4. Delivery

We aim to meet the estimated delivery times provided at the time of order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers should provide accurate delivery information when placing an order.

5. Personalised Products

Due to the bespoke nature of personalised and customised products, orders cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because the customer changes their mind or orders the incorrect size, colour or specification.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you believe your order is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where appropriate.

We will investigate the issue and, where applicable, provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UK law.

7. Customer-Supplied Artwork & Logos

Customers must ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any logos, images, artwork, text or other content supplied to us.

The customer agrees to indemnify Mad For It Merch against claims arising from the unauthorised use of customer-supplied materials.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, artwork, designs and materials created by Mad For It Merch remain our intellectual property.

We may use photographs of completed products for marketing and promotional purposes unless the customer specifically requests otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
