UK SHIPPING POLICY
At Mad For It Merch, we aim to make sure your order reaches you safely, securely and as quickly as possible.
UK DELIVERY
All completed orders (10 to 15 working days) are dispatched using a 24-Hour Tracked Delivery Service.
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive tracking information where applicable so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Delivery Times
- 24-Hour Tracked Delivery: Delivery is usually made within 1 working day after dispatch.
- Orders are dispatched once all artwork has been approved and the order has been completed.
- Delivery times may vary during busy periods, bank holidays, adverse weather or circumstances outside of our control.
BRANDED & CUSTOM ORDERS
Please note that delivery times do not include the time required to process, print, embroider or customise your order.
The estimated completion time for your order will be confirmed at the time of ordering. Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched using our 24-Hour Tracked Delivery Service.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Mad For It Merch cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
DELAYS & MISSING PARCELS
Although we use a tracked delivery service, delivery times are provided as an estimate and are not guaranteed.
If your parcel is delayed or appears to be missing, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the delivery provider to investigate the issue.
