Returns & Refund Policy

At Mad For It Merch, many of our branded workwear and promotional products are personalised and made specifically to each customer’s requirements.

Personalised & Customised Products

Due to their bespoke nature, personalised, printed, embroidered or customised products cannot normally be returned or refunded if you change your mind or order the incorrect size, colour or specification.

Please carefully check all order details, sizes, quantities and artwork before confirming your order.

Artwork Approval

Where artwork proofs are provided, production will begin once the design has been approved by the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for errors that were present in approved artwork.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where appropriate.

We will investigate the issue and, where applicable, arrange a suitable remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Personalised Products

Non-personalised products may be eligible for return in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. Items must generally be unused and returned in a resalable condition.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law. Faulty, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods may be eligible for a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
