Delivery Policy

Every Mad For It Merch order is prepared with care. For branded items please allow 10–15 working days for delivery from the date you approve your logo artwork. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

We’ll send you your artwork to check before branding begins. Please review the design, spelling, colours and logo placement carefully. Your 10–15 working day delivery period starts once we receive your approval. If you request changes to the artwork, we’ll confirm the revised design for approval before the delivery period begins.

Delivery costs and available options are shown at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you tracking details so you can follow its journey.

If a product is unavailable or we expect a delay, we’ll contact you as soon as possible with an updated delivery estimate. If you need your order for a particular date, please contact us before placing it so we can check what’s possible.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If your order arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived when expected, get in touch with your order number and we’ll help resolve it.
